Monthly overview

Month over month

The “recorded difference” only compares entries you add here; it is not a bank balance or a full financial statement.

Bills & EMIs

See what is due, how much you’ve set aside, and what you still need to arrange.

Add a bill or EMI

Set aside amounts manually. Daymark will show the remaining gap and due date. Marking a bill paid updates this tracker; add the payment separately as an expense if you want it included in monthly spending.

Upcoming bills

A reminder appears here when a due date is near and there’s still a shortfall.

Money I’ve lent

Remember who borrowed from you, track repayments, and see what is still owed.

Record money lent

Lent money is tracked separately from expenses. It is not counted as spending or income.

People who owe me

Outstanding balances stay here until you update them as repaid.

INCOME

Shop and outside commission are daily totals. Enter separate payments for bond interest, dividends, and other sources.

Individual expense

Use the same item name each time for a useful comparison.

This week

Sessions count on the day you actually complete them.

Set your weekly target

Phase 4 has five training sessions. Adjust the target when you move to another phase.

The planned recovery day and full rest day are not missed sessions. If you move a workout to tomorrow, log it tomorrow when you complete it. No missed-session entry is needed.

Log a completed session

Keep the record simple: phase, session name, and the actual date.

Log an unplanned rest day

Only use this when you rested unexpectedly. Rescheduled sessions don’t need a rest entry.

Session history

Sessions are counted by the date completed. Rest entries are listed separately.
